Responsibilities & Context
A leading US-based logistics company is expanding its operations across the United States. They provide comprehensive supply chain management, 3PL services, and one-stop logistics solutions to clients nationwide. The company is looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant to the CEO to support its growth and streamline daily operations.
As the Assistant to the CEO, you will play a key role in supporting the CEO’s daily activities, assisting in operational decision-making, and contributing to the growth of Bengal American Enterprises. You will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong background in logistics or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
• Executive Support: Assist the CEO in daily tasks, including scheduling, communications, and project follow-ups.
• Project Management: Coordinate and manage various company projects, ensuring deadlines and company goals are met.
• Operations Support: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless communication and efficient execution of logistics processes.
• Strategic Planning: Provide insights and support in developing business strategies to enhance operational efficiency and company growth.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, as well as external partners and clients.
• Data Analysis: Analyze reports, KPIs, and other data to assist the CEO in making informed decisions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration from a reputed university.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and prioritize tasks.
• Experience in working with logistics software is a plus.
Employment Details:
• Full-time role with a probationary period lasting 3 months.
• 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week.
• Working hours aligned with US time zones. Shifts available: 9 pm – 5 am, Bangladesh Standard Time.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive salary based on experience.
