Responsibilities & Context
- Providing legal research, drafting documents, assisting senior attorneys with client matters.
- Manage the legal framework for selling or restructuring companies, and for listing companies on the stock exchange.
- Managing case files under supervision, essentially acting as a supporting role in a law firm, negotiate agreements for different parties, provide general legal counsel, collaborate on strategic legal decisions.
- Assist with day-to-day business operations and legal matters, meet with clients and assess their needs.
