Responsibilities & Context
“Paperchase Accountancy Bangladesh” is currently seeking multiple number of Associates (Account Assistant) to join the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for-
- Posting invoices and batches accurately and promptly.
- Your main task will involve ensuring that these entries are both correct and submitted on time.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and alignment. Accurately post Payroll Journal entries in a timely manner.
- Download, organize, post and systematically archive Credit Card reports, Bank Statements, and Supplier statements for future reference.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the designated authority.
