Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior associates in handling cases, particularly under the Artha Rin Adalat Ain, Money Suit, and Negotiable Instruments Act.
• Represent clients effectively in Dhaka Court and Labour Court proceedings.
• File and manage cases in other districts as assigned.
