Responsibilities & Context
US-Bangla Airlines, the country’s largest private airline is inviting Candidates to submit applications for the post of “Associate – Airport Service”.
To ensure excellent customer services an Associate is responsible for the following:
• Baggage Handling.
• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates.
• Assist with self-service kiosks and baggage drop-off.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate flight information.
• Assist boarding procedures and ensure timely gate operations.
• Manage special assistance for passengers with reduced mobility or other needs.
• Tag, lift, and move baggage and other cargo as required.
• Maintain compliance with airport and airline safety and security regulations.
• Collaborate with airline and airport staff for seamless operations.
