Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)
- Diploma in Architecture
- Bachelor of Architecture/ Interior Design/ Fine arts
- Diploma in Architecture (with high professional experience)
Experience
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
Experience:
- 1 to 5 years in interior design/ 3D visualization
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Interior Design (2D+3D), product development, REALISTIC 3D visualization, animation, site supervision, client coordination, factory production coordination
- Software skills: AutoCAD/ArchiCAD, Sketchup, V-ray/Lumion/D5/ Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator, Powerpoint, Excel
- Good knowledge in interior design and project execution, ability to work with team and clients, ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities :
- Design & Concept Development: Carry out interior design projects from concept to completion with a strong aesthetic sensibility.
- Realistic 3D visualization and 3D modeling
- Contemporary global design trends suited for local and client-specific contexts.
- Develop concept boards, material palettes, mood board presentations and high-impact visual presentations.
- The candidate needs to demonstrate a strong balance between innovative design thinking, technical execution, and leadership qualities.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, construction documents
- Site supervision and quality control
- Design coordination with our factory and manufacturing team (factory visits)
Submittals:
- Interior project portfolio
- 3D visualization portfolio (mandatory if applied as a visualizer)
