We are looking for a Backend Engineer with strong Spring Boot expertise and excellent problem-solving skills to join our growing team. We are one of the fastest growing Software Development company in Bangladesh having seasoned functional domain experts who worked in big companies over two decades locally and globally in top management level.

We have our liaison office in UAE and we are in the process of opening our new sales office in UK, Saudi Arab, USA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Spring Boot.

• Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs for fintech applications.
• Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Implement caching strategies using Redis and handle event-driven architectures with Kafka (a plus).
• Should Know How to Debug and Unit test applications
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Clone code from GIT, Modify and Merge

  Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a backend developer.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot and Java.
• Strong understanding of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of caching mechanisms (Redis is a plus).
• Exposure to Kafka or message brokers is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Docker is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

• Graduate from reputed university in CSE or Software Engineering
