• Ensure accurate and up-to-date doctor database to support field operations and marketing initiatives;
• Manage and update the prescription (Rx) database to facilitate data-driven analysis and strategic planning;
• Oversee the regular operation and data integrity of the sales web portal for seamless user experience;
• Prepare and analyze various reports to support business insights and performance tracking;
• Archive and manage historical data systematically to ensure accessibility and compliance;
• Coordinate and incorporate promotional item allocations into the system, ensuring accurate tracking and distribution.
