Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
An UK-based International Non-profit organization seeks to recruit an Associate Finance who will be reporting to Finance Manager. To be successful in this role, Associate Finance should have experience in maintaining the internal control system of finance section. Duration of the contract: Contractual (renewal of contract based on performance).
- Associate Finance shall be responsible for the bookkeeping and financing activities.
- Providing strategic recommendations to the Finance Officer and members of the executive management team.
- Assist Finance Officer to forecast financial models, budget, assessing risk and ensuring all accounting activities comply with IFRSs, IASs, Laws and Regulations.
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and assisting for preparation of all financial reporting.
- Assisting to Finance Officer for Financial analysis of the project.·
- Assists external auditor of the fund.·
- Ensure all accounting activities comply with IFRSs, IASs, Laws and Regulations.
- Have expert knowledge on ERP System.
- Have current knowledge on TAX and VAT law and regulation.
- Have good knowledge on accounting journal entries.
