Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data collection, Analysis and MIS preparation for all the operations process.
Monitor and report the spending and savings data for the operations.
Develop meaningful dashboards, and slides for regular local and regional reviews.
Coordinate the daily, weekly and monthly meeting for the operations team.
Develop in-depth understanding of Lean Sigma philosophy and methods as demonstrated by successful training and certification in these areas
Analyze and help identify projects or process changes that will eliminate non-value added activities and create or improve processes that add value to our customers
Act as a change agent – challenge old ways of doing business and implement breakthrough improvements Motivate others to accept process changes and take ownership
