BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Human Resources Division:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a focal point for outsourced vendor management
• Responsible for the overall process of pay slip, salary certificate and other letter to outsourced staffs
• Supervise and ensure allowance, overtime of outsourced staff & all relevant bill payment to vendors
• Act as a focal point for outsourced employee posting, administration and separation
• Supervise and ensure outsourced staff’s salary & others benefit payment to vendor
• Drive and implement various HR Ops Project
• Process employee VISA/NOC letter, employment certificate etc.
