- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivering Enterprise & In-house Applications
- PMP or similar project management certification and working knowledge of Project Management Tools is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure feasibility of business and support unit projects by evaluating critical success factors.
- Provide consultancy and support for BRS, SRS, DRG scopes, gap analysis, feasibility tests, UAT, migration, system health checks, process tuning, user training, and market analysis.
- Manage project scope, risks, quality deliverables, schedules, and financial aspects within the assigned budget.
- Develop project plans, explain to stakeholders using WBS, and distribute tasks among team members.
- Analyze system functionalities for new products/projects, design solution architecture, and ensure delivery from vendors or in-house teams.
- Lead and oversee various testing phases, including sanity, integration, compatibility, regression, performance, stress, negative, security, black/grey box, and script-based testing.
- Establish and enforce change control processes to manage project scope effectively.
- Maintain and circulate project dashboards and executive reports to update stakeholders and identify necessary actions.
- Manage and negotiate with stakeholders and vendors for business requirements, support, deliveries, AMC, SLA agreements, and training.
- Drive project execution, complete milestones, and ensure successful outcomes.
