BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Retail Banking Division.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Product innovation, campaign design, and channel support for Retail Liability Products.
- Comprehensive analysis of Retail Liability Portfolio and insight for improvement.
- Improving digital platform capabilities and its utilization for Retail Liability customers.
- Liaise with Branch, Retail Sales, Agent banking, and all relevant channels to understand the market and customer needs.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to design marketing materials and/or social media promotions regarding retail liability products, fostering a collaborative work environment. Liaise with the customer experience team to identify the scope for improvements for retail liability customers.
- Process and PPG simplification, automation, and UAT Support.
