- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Expertise in graphic designing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong ability to trace motifs and prepare digital artworks with precision.
- Understanding of embroidery and print placements on apparel/products.
- Ability to follow instructions and deliver production-ready files on time.
Responsibilities & Context
- Develop Motif and Design layout for perfect tracing using Adobe Suite.
- Arrange layout for value additions of embroidery or screen prints as per design layout.
- Prepare printing of tracing for the above within the required parameters.
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate tracing for production.
- Maintain proper documentation using a prescribed system.
- Generate a monthly work report.
- Provide additional graphic design support as needed by the organization.
