Requirements

Education

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Textile from any reputed university.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in production planning.
• Knowledge about production planning and ERP Software operations.

Responsibilities & Context

• Collect work orders, sample, and production details from Aarong.
• Determine production method, and set production targets for each order/day.
• Prepare production plans based on center manager’s guideline.
• Create ticket in the system.
• Generate manual sheet, ensure production process monitoring, and ensure timely production processes.
• Communicate with the section in-charges to ensure timely execution of production plans.
• Provide center managers with updates on the current status of production as required.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
• Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
