- Masters
- Bachelor or Masters in any discipline from any well reputed public and private university.
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business areas : Banks card, Financial consultants, Insurance, Investment/ Merchant Banking, Real Estate marketing, Sales Promotion, NGO, Share marketing and Commercial Branding,
- Strong client/portfolio base Traders are encouraged to apply.
- Must have sound knowledge regarding trading rules & other concern regulatory in the
- Capital market i.e., DSE, CSE, CDBL, BSEC etc.
- The applicants should have experience in Client hunting, Client Relationship
- Management, Client Service and Trading of Securities.

Job Responsibilities
- Executing trades for customers and new client acquisition from open market.
- Generating and achieving brokerage targets.
- Must be proactive, hardworking, self-motivated, target oriented and ability to work
- Under pressure.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
- Offering high quality customer service in a professional manner.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management
