Additional Requirements

5-7 years of experience in product management or a related role in textile production or manufacturing, with a focus on sewing threads being a plus.
Strong understanding of the textile industry, market trends, and customer needs.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with product management software/tools.

Product Development & Management:

Lead the development and optimization of sewing thread products from concept to market.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
Collaborate with R&D to create innovative sewing threads that meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Production Coordination:

Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between production, design, marketing and sales.
Develop project timelines, set deliverables, and monitor progress to ensure timely product launches.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.
Collaborate with the quality control team to address any product performance issues.
Financial Analysis:
Develop and manage product budgets, forecasting costs and pricing strategies.
Analyze product profitability and market performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
