Responsibilities & Context

To provide an efficient and responsive Secretarial practices which is essential for Association operation.Administrative support for daily activities.Maintain Necessary Documentation and administrative activities.Take notes and provide meeting minutes to the respective Gov. and Non Gov. organizationTyping official letter in Bengali and English skill with proper punctuation is must Writing documents/letter for different types of Gov. or Non Gov. Organization and give response accordingly. Make Liaison with other organization (Gov. or Non Gov.) for Association interest.Prepare correspondence, reports and presentation or other related documents.Coordinate with association management team and other department as per requirement.Diligent, proactive and committed.
