Bachelor of Science in Engineering with experience 3 years and 7 years’ experience for Bachelor’s degree in relevant sector. Master’s degree with 08 years training experience will also be eligible.
Working experience in skills development/training Program will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

Assistant Coordinator (Training, Assessment and Monitoring) will assist the Coordinator for ensuring the achievement of enrolment, training assessment and completion targets, and proper monitoring of training programs to ensure SICIP’s quality standards. The major tasks include –

Provide support in achieving the trainee enrolment, assessment, and training completion targets, with particular attention to the targets set for women and disadvantaged groups
Conduct capacity assessment visits for the primary selection of training institutes according to the quality training criteria set by SICIP
Conduct regular visits to partner training institutes to monitor the implementation of training programs
Assist in updating, developing, and finalizing course curricula/standards and relevant learning materials, assessment tools and ensuring quality of training program, assessment and certification
Communicate with the training institutes to ensure the availability of competency standard, learning material and other training documents and activities
Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Chief Coordinator and SDCMU in relevance to effective program implementation.
