Responsibilities & Context
- To counsel & provide motivation to the employees in case of low productivity & reduce defects, absenteeism, lateness, early leaving, resign & any other occurrences etc.
- Motivate employees to abide rules and regulations.·
- Ensure Induction/orientation for newly recruited employees.
- Arrangement & conducting of various training program and keeping record accordingly.·
- Liaison with different committee members (PC committee, EHS committee) etc.
- Conducting survey on different issues as per management requirement.
- Grievance handling, inquire into the matter and resolve it.
- Prepare grievance report, keep the records and update both management and the employees.
- Ensure worker’s facility like; drinking water, safe lunch, clean toilet etc.·
- Taking care of medical cases and attending hospitals with seriously sick/injured employees.
- Update of pregnant employee list and follow up health as well as less work for the pregnant employees.·
- Reporting, recording and follow up work related injured employees.
- Providing awareness to reduce injury incident and accident. Motivate employees to use PPE where required.·
- Keep the display board updated maintaining all policies & records.
- Maintaining employee’ suggestion boxes and keep programing records.
- Maintain and keep update WPC committee, grievance register/documentations.
