Responsibilities & Context
- Start/Stop production line based on quality performance.
- Control production for Reprocess line.
- Completion RPG report product wise.
- Monitoring of the RPG product Quality and Quantity wise.
- Arrange to keep re-process area clean.
- Reporting to line shift-in charge for past 24 hours working.
- Preparation of all documents related with Reprocess.
- Record keeping of all day-to-day activities related to the Dept.
- Change parameters settings during production (based on quality reports) with due Logbook notification.
- Ensuring the Input and output quantity of materials.
- Supervising the work of production staff.
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production machines / lines.
