Responsibilities & Context
- Act to achieve yearly target under the guidance of the management.
- Prepare yearly service delivery plan including service strategies, policies, procedures, and practices for all service delivery channels in order assure effective after sales service to end of tractor users.
- Reporting to the immediate supervisor of the latest information of service section.
- To design a better Service Plan for minimize cost & maximize facilities with customer satisfaction for respective Region.
- Conducting regular service camp & organize FDFC and report to immediate supervisor within due date.
- Making tour plan to customer visit as well as mechanic activity inspection, trouble shoot of tractor and providing solution related activity.
- Develop plan to maximize personnel productivity and making quarterly basis performance appraisal individually.
- Providing customer service according to Companies commitment.
