Responsibilities & Context
Looking for some dynamic and dedicated person who are familiar with Accounts and finance operational knowledge with interpersonal skills to fill the permanent vacant position.
- Making daily financial statements, revenue statements, vouchers, cash books, bank books, bill registers, general ledger, and invoices.
- Ensuring timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts with reports and remarks.
- preparation of monthly, and quarterly financial plans and follow-up for implementation to meet the commitments/ obligation in time.
- Making monthly salary sheets for all portfolios of the company.
- Ensure an accurate monthly, quarterly & year-end financial statement.
- Preparation of reconciliation statements related to finance & accounts.
- Relevant knowledge about Export/import & LC.
- Ensuring debit/ credit/ journal vouchers etc. are prepared properly.
- Ensuring adjustment of advances etc.
- Carry out the internal audit functions to ensure that all major risks of the company are identified, analyzed, and reported on its efficiency and effectiveness.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
