Stay updated on changes in trade policies and tariffs affecting export operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and distributors.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Prepare and present proposals and quotations to potential clients.
Coordinate logistics for the export process, including shipping, customs clearance, and delivery.
Work closely with freight forwarders and shipping companies to optimize shipping routes and costs.
Monitor budgets and manage costs associated with export operations.
Ensure timely invoicing and collection of payments from international clients.
Maintain accurate records of export transactions and documentation.
Prepare regular reports on export performance, market trends, and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance, and logistics) to support export activities.
Train and support junior staff on export procedures and best practices.
Identify potential risks in the export process and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor geopolitical and economic factors that may impact international trade.
