Responsibilities & Context
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of floor operations, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Work closely with Operations to mange inventory levels as needed.
- Providing clear instructions and guidance on completing assigned tasks.
- Communicate with delivery personnel to address and resolve any issues.
- Prepared workplan and execute the plan.
- Use insights from sales data to make informed decisions and improve operations.
