Responsibilities & Context
- Overseeing the installation and configuration of hardware, software, networking equipment, printers and scanners
- Maintaining and updating computer systems, servers, network equipment, CCTV systems and access control systems
- Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting to users, including resolving hardware and software issues
- Editing photos using Photoshop& Illustrator software
- Ensuring all the systems are regularly updated with the latest software and security updates
- Managing relationships with IT service providers and vendors for equipment procurement and support
- Assisting with network connectivity issues and ensuring the stability of the network.
