Education

• Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Science (BSc), Diploma

Experience

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Telecommunication, Wholesale, IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Trading or Export/Import, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Importer, Technical Infrastructure, E-commerce
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 20 to 45 years

• Must be Willing to travel by using public transport (An official bike/Transfort can be given based on good performance)
• The candidate should be technically sound in Different IT Equipment and Latest Technology
• Professional Skill in the English Language both speaking & writing,
• Corresponding with Party Knowledge of the E-Government Procurement Portal (e-GP) for E-Tender Submission.
• Computer Knowledge/E-mail is essential.
• Bike driving license holders will get a preference
• Good knowledge of PPR (Public Procurement Regulation) 2008 and PPA (Public Procurement Act) 2006.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for some Candidate with significant expertise to coordinate and maintain sales, purchase and tender enlistment for Govt, Non-Govt and NGO’s sales and follow up as well as making business proposals, Govt/ Non-Govt/ NGO’s tender bidding along with Technical and Financial offers. His main goal should be sales & Preparing bids for Asst—manager Post.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare bids and tender proposals (including technical specifications, clarifications, documentation, tender submission, bill of quantity etc.) for various projects.
• Work Station: Olefins Trade Corporation (Mohammadpur, Dhaka) + Across the Country (As & When Required)
• Preparation of Prequalification and Tender Documents.
• Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
