Job Responsibilities

• The applicants should have experience Air ticketing, Reservation.
• Excellent knowledge on Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre.
• Must have knowledge about issue, reissue and refund.
• Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic, international, online booking, group booking).
• Ability to present and communicate with clients effectively.
• Good Communication skills (both oral and written).
• A friendly and approachable manner.
• Should be able to work under pressure.
• Should be positive to extra working hour.
• Deal with Visa related inquiries from clients.
• Making invoices & maintain ticketing and visa-related accounts.
• Any other related jobs as may be required by the management.
