Responsibilities & Context

  •  Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  •  Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
  • Visit franchised dealers to stimulate interest in establishment or expansion of leasing programs.
  •  Continuously work with the DSM/ TSM/sales representative for increasing the sales or dealer sales.
  • Maintains, order or delivery and ensure to keep the deviation within SOP by motivating/ working with DSM/TSM.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of products and competition status.
  • Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications.
  •  Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
  •  Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities, real estate or other subjects of sale.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
  •  Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, Asst. Manager – Dealer consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  •  Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
  •  Review Dealer operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  •  Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  •  Being a Dealer Relationship with Manager maintains working knowledge of Home appliances products and programs are ensure that Dealer organizations comply with organizational policies and standards.
  • Appoint new distributor and sales representative for the company.
  •  To prepare and produce necessary Daily, Weekly, and month reports to the Authority time to time.
  •  To carry any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Head of Department and higher authority.
