Responsibilities & Context
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Visit franchised dealers to stimulate interest in establishment or expansion of leasing programs.
- Continuously work with the DSM/ TSM/sales representative for increasing the sales or dealer sales.
- Maintains, order or delivery and ensure to keep the deviation within SOP by motivating/ working with DSM/TSM.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of products and competition status.
- Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications.
- Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
- Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities, real estate or other subjects of sale.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, Asst. Manager – Dealer consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
- Review Dealer operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Being a Dealer Relationship with Manager maintains working knowledge of Home appliances products and programs are ensure that Dealer organizations comply with organizational policies and standards.
- Appoint new distributor and sales representative for the company.
- To prepare and produce necessary Daily, Weekly, and month reports to the Authority time to time.
- To carry any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Head of Department and higher authority.
