Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

  • As a Branding Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager for Jamuna Future Park, your goal is to elevate the mall’s brand identity, drive brand loyalty, and contribute to its position as a leading retail and entertainment destination in the region.ยท

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to enhance Jamuna Future Park’s brand image and visibility.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute branding initiatives, including advertising campaigns, promotions, and sponsorships.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand positioning.
  • Manage brand assets, including logos, taglines, and visual elements, to reflect the mall’s unique identity and values.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, website content, and online advertising, to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
  • Develop and monitor brand performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess brand health and effectiveness of branding strategies.
  • Cultivate partnerships and collaborations with influencers, media outlets, and community organizations to amplify brand reach and impact.
  • Lead internal brand training sessions and workshops to ensure alignment with brand values and messaging across all departments.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer insights, and best practices in branding to drive continuous improvement and innovation in brand management.
