Requirements

Education

  • BBA/MBA specialization in marketing or any discipline from a reputed institution & UGC approved.
  • PGD in marketing/Digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • 7 to 8 years

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 35 years
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bengali will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator) is an added advantage.
  • Creative writing (ad copywriting, content writing, making digit content) is highly preferred.

Job Level: Mid Level

Job Context: This role leads and supports the strategic development and execution of branding initiatives, focusing on creating and implementing plans that boost brand visibility, foster customer loyalty, and align with business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute brand events and promotional displays by coordinating with vendors, design teams, and marketing departments. Oversee setup, execution, and feedback collection for continuous improvement.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of the organization’s branding and marketing initiatives.
  • Foster and enhance existing business relationships while developing new partnerships. Oversee the end-to-end process for branding materials such as signboards, banners, and stickers, including coordination with design, procurement, and vendors for timely execution.
  • Coordinate the design, approval, and implementation of press advertisements for newspapers, magazines, and digital platforms and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Manage the production of TV commercials (TVC) and Online Video Commercials (OVC) by collaborating with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure high-quality output as well as a digital marketing perspective.
  • Manage both internal and external communications, including press releases and corporate announcements.
