Responsibilities & Context
▪Procure raw materials and spare parts from company enlisted vendor as per management approval.
▪Follow up with forwarder, customs authority, clearing agent and all import consignments.
▪Communicate with buyer in case of any discrepancy in terms of quantity or quality.
▪Perform LC opening, payment procedures, collection as well as communicate with Bank, Insurance, Freight forwarder and other government department.
▪Bond management with sound knowledge of H.S Code, SRO, etc.
