- Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and others prevailing international standard.
- Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
- Must have experienced in reputed knit garments factory
- Proficient in use of computers and reporting by proper presentation
Responsibilities & Context
Context:
We are currently hiring GPQ for the position of Asst. Manager/Deputy Manger. Candidate must have experience in handling renowned buyer like UNIQLO, GU. Candidate having experienced in RMG & Textile GPQ are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- To Handle all guideline for production and quality controls system.
- Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
- To provide technical assistance to all section wherever applicable in order to achieve customers quality standard, inline setup, machinery adoption, production methods & work aid.
- To deal with the buyers independently for all the GPQ system.
- Coordinate with production, planning, Merchandising, IE, Quality Assurance & other related department.
- To ensure product delivery on time to meet customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all quality assurance procedures / systems / policies are adhered to and relevant documentation/reports are maintained, so as to meet the expectations of the customer.
- Ensure all GPQ staffs are trained on any new procedure/requirements as advised by the customers.
- Ensure buyer code of conducts for Quality Issues.
- Ultimately ensure final product quality based on requirements.
