Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Department, Business Administration from Reputed University.
  • MBA degree preferred. PGD in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Compliance or Industrial Management will be an advantage.

Experience

  • 6 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Textile, Spinning

Additional Requirements

  • Age 32 to 40 years
  • Must have knowledge on staffing, manpower budgeting, hiring, training & training development, compensation, PMS, sectional KPI & firing.
  • Knowledge on Labor law, local rules & regulations & legal compliance/code of conduct practices.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bangla & English. Record keeping attributes – policy, procedure & SOP, Audit report & Cap, Legal documents etc.
  • Self-driven and innovative attitude and have problem solving and decision making skills with capability to work in teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

  • The Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager of HR, Admin & Compliance is responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources, administrative functions, and compliance-related activities within the factory. This role ensures the implementation of HR policies, efficient administrative operations, and adherence to regulatory requirements, thereby contributing to the smooth and lawful functioning of the factory.

Job Description:

  • Have to ensure policy, procedure, SOP, HR plans and management decisions are practiced properly.
  • Have to experience handle crisis Management, Worker’s conflict, Capable to minimize workers demand issues.
  • Oversee the day to day administrative operations of the factory.
  • Direction & control overall HR & Compliance department and its activities.
  • To develop, upgrade and implement HR & Compliance policies as per local law and different Buyer’s code of conduct.
  • Ensure happy working environment with employee satisfaction.
  • Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the organization according to company policy and law. Attendance monitoring, leave management, Salary Management.
  • To Maintaining HR & Compliance issues of workers in each month.
  • Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work.
  • Provide & arrange motivational strategy and different motivational programs like Leadership, Positive Attitude, Fire & Electrical safety & Compliance, Basic Labor Law, KPI, House Keeping, Team Work.
  • To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
  • Initiative training & development activities to develop skill & competency to subordinates and other employees of the organization.
  • To maintain overall factory security and safety protocol with effective manner. Any other task assigned by the management as and when required.
