Additional Requirements

Anticipate staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications through job analysis to ensure optimum recruitment
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals/ newspapers/ Universities,/ social media to attract a pool of candidates
Develop talent pools for future needs by analyzing & keeping shortlisted resumes to ensure emergency manpower requirements
Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances and resolve conflicts promptly
Handle disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
Monitor and support performance review processes for factory staff.
Identify skill gaps and arrange training programs for factory employees.
Ensure labor law compliance (e.g., wages, working hours, safety).
Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and factory facilities.
Conduct regular checks and support the implementation of safety training.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
