Job Context:

Star Tech & Engineering Ltd. is seeking a skilled professional with project experience in Data Center Passive, Surveillance, and Structured Cabling Solutions. The ideal candidate will handle everything from site assessment to project delivery, ensuring top-notch performance and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct site assessments to gather project requirements.
Design project layouts and prepare technical drawings.
Develop detailed and accurate BoQs (Bills of Quantities) for projects or tenders.
Lead and oversee the implementation of projects, ensuring timely delivery.
Achieve pre-sales targets by supporting solution proposals.
Troubleshoot and resolve recurring technical challenges.
Research and evaluate new technologies and equipment to improve solutions.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors and other external resources.
Coordinate and monitor resources (internal and external) to maximize project outcomes.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks, adjusting plans as needed to meet goals.
Provide regular updates on project progress and escalate issues to management when necessary.
