Responsibilities & Context

  • Visit prospective customers and narrowed down the interested customers in a database.
  • Proper appearance & outfit as per company rules & regulations.
  • Brief the customer about the project, amenities and other features and overall pricing position of the projects.
  • Explain the customers about the payment schedule (Down payment, Installments & Other charges).
  • Brief the customer about the application system, cancellation and terms and conditions of the company.
  • Get the Application Form filled & payment schedule signature by the customer.
  • Collect down payment by an Account Payee cheque in the name of SETH Properties Ltd. with the help of credit collection section along with the application form.
  • To ensure optimum utilization of Various Sales tools & techniques provided by the company.
  • To make forecast & Future warning related to selling to take necessary action accordingly.
  • Collect competitor’s data for preparing competitors analysis & submit to CEO
  • Measuring and proper forecasting of market demand through adequate market survey.
  • Create & Update personal work planning & style to motivate own self for smooth, effective & timely fulfillment of job responsibilities to achieve company’s goals properly.
  • To look into difficult collection cases personally intervene to solve the problem and if necessary inform the CEO about the collection difficulty.
  • Keep regular touch and maintain relationship with the existing customers.
  • Inform them about our new product and encourage them to speak about SPL.
  • Attend the allotment handover program with customer after completion of the down payment.
  • Send & Receive Email to respective department and customer also.
  • Attend the sales team meeting every day.
  • Submit Daily Call Report & Daily Activity Report to CEO
  • Submit Prospect Report Weekly & Monthly to CEO.
  • Attend the real estate fair as per Company guidelines.
  • Other special task as assigned by the Group CEO.
