Plans and coordinates seed production activities (acquisition of basic seeds, growing and cultural activities, harvesting and processing, delivery).
Ensure smooth, uninterrupted and quality production operations of seeds
To ensure the seed production plan (Vegetable, Rice, Potato and others).
Visit the production areas to ensure the quality of seed production
Plan resources and space allocation for seed production in an optimal manner to achieve set targets
Strictly maintain the SOP for the genetic purity of the seed.
To solve any problem in the seed production area and field level.
Preparation of monthly seed production report.
To communicate with all sorts of people in the society of rural areas.
Monitors and controls department expenditure to ensure spending is within budget while maintaining quality and quantity.
Prepare and provide Seed Production related reports to the Management
Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
Any Other jobs assigned by the management
