Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 7 years of proven experience in retail sales, including 2 years of leadership experience.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive strategic decisions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to lead sales teams and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in report writing and Microsoft Office.

We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced full-time Assistant Managers, Deputy Managers, and Managers (Team Leaders) with relevant industry experience who are enthusiastic about leading teams in selected areas of Dealer/Retail sales. We are looking for several team leaders for various retail sales areas and teams who are eager to join our winning team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sales through Distributor and Retailer. Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual sales target of the region.
  • Team Building and removing obstacles for growth. New product sourcing for client and company.
  • Ensure sales are of quality (at approved). Maintain proper communication with the customer to stimulate customer conversion.
  • Completing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target. Market review of new and existing products and services.
  • Keeping up to date about company products & services. Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors.
  • Coordinate with other related departments to ensure availability of products, products requirements, customer requirements etc. to ensure minimum lead time and maximum customer support.
  • Enhance business outputs from existing clients and explore new clients for business expansion.
  • Having capability to maintain/lead a sale team.
  • Prepare daily work report as well as week closing report. Time to time report to the management.
