Responsibilities & Context
Develop & selection of new products from concept to commercialization.
Create & test product prototypes and formulations.
Perform sensory evaluations and optimize product formulations.
Ensure products meet quality, safety and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross functional teams including marketing, production and quality assurance.
stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging ingredients, and new technologies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Document and maintain detailed records of product development process.
Provide technical support and guidance production team.
Conduct shelf-life studies and stability testing.
Prepare and present reports on product development progress.
