Job Location: Hotapara, Gazipur

Project Support & Execution

Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of electrical projects, including new installations, upgrades, and renovations.
Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical technicians and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Support the Electrical Manager in preparing project scopes, specifications, and technical documentation.

Maintenance & Operations:

Oversee the routine and preventative maintenance of all electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, control systems, generators, and UPS units.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, failures, and breakdowns, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all electrical equipment and machinery.
Implement and monitor energy efficiency initiatives to reduce operational costs.

Team Leadership & Development:

Assist in the training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of electrical technicians.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure strict adherence to all relevant electrical codes, standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, local regulations), and safety procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments of electrical systems and work areas.
Promote a strong safety culture among the electrical team.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of electrical installations, maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Prepare regular reports on electrical system performance, issues, and project status.
Assist in managing electrical inventory and spare parts.

Collaboration:

Liaise effectively with other departments, contractors, and vendors.
Collaborate with the Electrical Manager on strategic planning and operational improvements.
