• Self-motivated and responsible;
• Good Communication Skills in both Bengali & English and Well Behavior;
• Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills;
• Frequently Visit in Factory.
• Good team work & team management with team and coordination with electrical operation team;
• Good knowledge in electrical safety, load calculation, SLD/ELD, LPS etc.

Responsibilities & Context

• Supervise all electrical & mechanical troubleshooting work and schedule maintenance
• Supervise all electrical & mechanical troubleshooting work and schedule maintenance
• Ensure adherence to all SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) in all process as well as utility;
• Ensure all electrical equipment’s are operational and maintained as per standard;
• Conduct regular safety check on electrical systems, equipment and components in the different workplace to identify hazards, defects etc.;
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding work and fruitfully takeout.
