 In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

 Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

 Manage the job posting, recruitment, selection, and training process.

 Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

 Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

 Develop and update HR policies and procedures.

 Conduct HR analytics and reporting.

 Implement health and wellness programs.

 Prepare and maintain HR documentation and reports.

 Oversee the time and attendance system to ensure accurate tracking of work hours.

 Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee earnings, deductions, and hours worked.

 Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

 Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

 Oversee benefits programs, including health insurance.

 Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

 Perform any other tasks assigned by management
