This position should attract candidates who are well-versed in both human resources and compliance certifications. The role requires a blend of technical knowledge about the certifications and strong HR, administrative, and compliance management experience

Certification Management:

Drive and oversee the certification processes for ISO, Oeko-Tex, TQP (Trims Qualifications Program), and GRS (Global Recycle Standard) & Amfori BSCI.
Liaise with certification bodies, auditors, and internal departments to ensure compliance with required standards.
Maintain and update relevant documentation to meet the standards for certification renewals and audits.
Implement best practices to achieve and maintain these certifications.

Technical Knowledge:

Provide insight into the technical requirements for obtaining ISO, Oeko-Tex, TQP, GRS, Amfori BSCI certifications.
Understand the material, production, and supply chain processes of interlinings required to meet these standards.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality control teams to align practices with certification needs.
