Requirements
Education
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics is preferred
Experience
- 8 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Shipping, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
Additional Requirements
- Along with 8–10 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Operations, Logistics, or Shipping industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of business processes and operational management.
- Project Management Certification (PMP/PRINCE2) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and report analysis.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- We are seeking a motivated professional to join a leading international organization as Manager, Business Process Improvement. This role focuses on enhancing business efficiency, implementing improvement initiatives, and ensuring smooth operational processes across multiple departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and monitor internal measures to ensure efficient processes and strong compliance.
- Lead and execute business improvement projects to optimize operational performance.
- Identify process gaps and propose innovative solutions for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate and track KPIs to support organizational objectives.
- Support regional and international projects, including process improvement and change initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to drive quality and operational excellence.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks or special projects as assigned.
