  • BBA/MBA major in Marketing/Accounting/Finance & Banking/Banking & Insurance/Management or related field.

Additional Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in the service marketing field i.e telecom, MFS, bank, insurance, NBFI is preferable.
  • Experience in agency management or, serving as the point of contact for the agency is required.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing principles and practices, both theoretical and practical.
  • Intermediate-level quantitative orientation.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering business results.
  • Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-paced environment and passionate about the product.

Responsibilities & Context

The purpose of this role is to spearhead the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, driving business objectives. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the position ensures seamless campaign implementation. Additionally, it involves optimizing campaign performance through continuous monitoring and performance tracking. Furthermore, the role focuses on generating leads through demand-generation campaigns and providing insightful reporting and analysis to improve marketing initiatives.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end targeted marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation.
  • Efficiently manage and operate creative, digital, media, and PR agencies.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with business teams to craft and execute demand-generation campaigns.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive lead generation.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Use analytic tools to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
