Responsibilities & Context
- Manufacturing Capacity risk assessment (Cutting, embellishment, sewing, washing, finishing, etc) analysis during forecasting and order booking stage
- Closely work with Marketing, Production, and Other related department to monitor and solve the risk arises
- Prepare Block Plan based on Order Booking Status
- Review line wise plan prepared by factory planning team, identify contingency, and solve the contingency
- Shipment status follow-up and initiate pro-active measures in case of any short / delayed shipment
- Analyze factory performance with respect to budget and raise concern to Central Operation
- Closely work with Head of Planning and Operation to run business operation.
