- Experience: 5-8 Years Above (The applicants should have experience in Garments Washing Factory.)
- Must have working experience in both denim and dyeing wash.
- Proper knowledge is required to operate front loading, Ozone Machine.
- Should have Basic Knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel & Email communication.
- Must have knowledge of Mold.
- Should have comprehensive knowledge of quality production and maintenance.
- Good knowledge of Floor compliance.
- Knowledge of both Wash Denim & Dyeing Process garment manufacturing
- Should have comprehensive knowledge Office Management.
Responsibilities & Context
100% Export Oriented Garment Washing Manufacturing Factory.
Workplace & Location: Work at Factory, Gazipura, Tong, Gazipur.
Responsibilities & Context:
- To fill up customer needs, quality and delivery.
- Achieve daily targets according to production plan.
- Capability to prepare Floor plans as per shipment schedules.
- Reduce and minimize reject to achieve production quantities.
- Prepare production schedule in collaboration with the Planning department. Ability to handle production process efficiently with planning with optimum quality.
- Demonstrate the ability of efficient utilization of manpower to achieve the hourly/daily production target.
- Should have sound knowledge of production quality in order to run a cohesive operation with quality department.
- Regular reporting of production status to the senior management to strategize future plans.
