Ensure timely & smooth execution of the Projects.

Ability to identify opportunities, grow the business and enhance its structure to increase profitability.

Responsibilities & Context

Will be responsible for overall Land procurement and JV projects of the company.
Should have knowledge in Land purchase, Registration, Land Law, ensure update of all land related documents including deed, land tax, Porcha, Khatian, mutation, etc.
Land acquisition, Liaison with different Govt. and Non Govt departments or authority like RAJUK, DCC, WASA and other related agencies.
Land information collection & handle primary communication with land media.
Keep good communication with landowners and broker agencies.
Prepare proposal and feasibility report for procuring new land, Land Development.
Having proper knowledge of DAP, FAR rules and basic calculation of land development.
Having good knowledge of Schematic architectural drawings and designs.
