Requirements

Education

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Partnerships to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that enhance our service offerings and expand our market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the healthcare, technology, and telecommunication sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, technology companies, fintech firms, RMG, FMCG, MNCs, NGOs, UN projects, government bodies, and other key stakeholders. These partnerships will be essential in expanding our service portfolio and market footprint.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain robust, long-term relationships with partners to ensure mutual benefits and alignment with our company’s goals. Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, managing ongoing communication and collaboration.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with potential partners, ensuring that terms and conditions align with our company’s strategic objectives. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to draft, review, and finalize agreements.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to seamlessly integrate partner solutions into our platform. Oversee the successful implementation and operation of partnership agreements.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and emerging trends in the healthcare and technology sectors. Provide insights and strategic recommendations to drive growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of partnerships, delivering regular reports to senior management. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with partners to optimize outcomes.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our mission and partnership opportunities. Enhance our brand presence and reputation in the market.
